Currently development technology is very fast, computers used not only as data processing but also solution solving problems various fields science, one Transfer Information System. This system has added value Police, because it can determine quickly, precisely and efficiently. Where previously process at was done manually where when filling prospective form, needed lot space file storage needed, administrative personnel find paper by unloading pile paper, course way selling work becomes longer inefficient.
